From SnidelyWood Studios, we offer this one of a kind camphor wood Snook Carving that was recently created by award winning sculptor Doug Snider (Snidely Whiplash).
We originally had 4 slabs of wood from this log. Snidely created 2 Snook and 2 Red Fish. This is the last exotic slab of camphor wood that we have left from the log.
The grain has streaks of what appears to be light rays going perpendicular to the grain in the head and body of the fish. With swirls of red, brown, black and light green in this natural grain pattern, this piece of art will be the center piece of any room.
We inlaid black marble for the stripe on this snook to kick it up a couple more notches.
